In their own words

In Mosaic Community, we live with a spirit of curiosity, vocational discernment, and personal growth. Through our seminary journey, we prioritize supporting each other’s individual paths. We allow our curiosity to lead us into organic community. Through board games, silly questions, and fun projects we know that the goal is not in the answers, but in exploring the questions.

Logistics

Mosaic Community is located in a four-bedroom, two and a half-bathroom house  in Atlanta’s Historic West End. There can be up to 4 members in the Mosaic Community. Applicants should be aware that this residence is 9 miles from Candler (drive time without traffic is 30 minutes) and for public transportation the closest bus stop is about a 7-minute walk (commutes on public transportation could take up to 60-90 minutes). We strongly advise that you have personal transportation and a parking pass. Some formation community residents choose to carpool or split costs for ride shares, but this varies from community to community.

The total rent is around $2,200 (not including utilities). Per room rent based on the number of residents (4 maximum) is between $550-$750.

Rental rates are not set by Candler and therefore all rental amounts are subject to change based on the decision of the property owner. Per room rates are subject to change based on the number of students in the house and the relative size of individual rooms.
