The MDiv/MA and MTS/MA in bioethics prepare students to work at the intersection of religion and health or health care—in bioethics, patient advocacy or pastoral care at a faith-based health care institution or organization. Offered in conjunction with Emory’s Laney Graduate School and the Center for Ethics, these dual degree opportunities allow students to complete both degrees in one less year than would be required to complete them separately: four years for the MDiv/MA and two years for the MTS/MA.
