In New Testament Interpretation: A Practical Guide  (Cognella Academic Publishing), Wilson introduces readers to critical perspectives and methods of biblical interpretation, with emphasis on the New Testament, in a manner that enables them to apply these perspectives and methods to their own work.

Intended as a supplemental resource for seminary or graduate-level divinity students, the volume’s readings and essays support an exegetical worksheet, which provides students with step-by-step guidance for interpreting New Testament passages.

The book also includes a sample of a completed worksheet and a bibliographical guide, as well as readings that introduce students to strategies they can employ to make the results of their research meaningful to people in contemporary faith communities.
