Cost of Attendance

It’s hard to put a dollar value on the Candler experience. As part of a top-tier research university, Candler is home to many of the world’s leading theological scholars. That same university and our location in Atlanta give you access to deep resources, rich learning opportunities, and global partners. We’ve got a thriving spiritual life and an engaged community of students, faculty, and staff who are committed to God, each other, and the positive transformation of the world. These are the people, ideas and experiences that will shape your ministry. You won’t find that unique brand of Candler change-makers anywhere else.

We understand that cost is a major factor in deciding where you go to school, so consider us your partners in finding ways to finance your seminary education. From offering Candler scholarships (no additional application necessary!) and opportunities for student employment to helping you identify outside sources of funding, we’re committed to making seminary affordable, so you can follow your vocational calling, not the money.
