Candler welcomes M. Shawn Copeland, professor emerita of systematic theology at Boston College, to campus as the 2020-2021 Alonzo L. McDonald Family Chair on the Life and Teachings of Jesus and Their Impact on Culture. On April 7, 2021, Dr. Copeland presented the second of two public lectures,”Beyond Imagining to Resurrection.”
