L'Arche Friendship House

L’Arche Friendship House seeks to build relationships and share life and faith across differences in ability. We regularly share meals and host events alongside L’Arche Atlanta, a non-profit residential community where adults with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities live together in intentional community. We aim to embody the spirit of friendship amongst ourselves and L’Arche Atlanta, but also throughout the Candler community through creating spaces for deepening relationships and places of welcome,

L’Arche Friendship House is located in a 5-bedroom, 2-bath duplex with an upstairs and downstairs kitchen and living area.

Please be aware that rental rates are not set by Candler and therefore all rental amounts are subject to change based on the decision of the property owner. Per room rates are subject to change based on the number of students in the house and the relative size of individual rooms.

We anticipate that the total rent for the property will be $2,950 monthly (not including utilities). Per room rent will vary based on the number of residents (5 or 6) but will likely run between $425 for a shared room and $590 for a single. (Anticipated vacancies: 0-1)
