Candler School of Theology is pleased to announce a partnership with the Shepherd’s Fund, serving retired pastors of all denominations and their spouses by providing financial assistance when a medical crisis impacts the ability to pay for medical bills or household expenses. Through the fund, Candler alumni who are retired from church ministry and their spouses may qualify for an assistance grant of up to $10,000 each (not exceeding $20,000 total). Learn more.
“We are grateful for the leadership of the Shepherd’s Fund for wanting to partner with Candler in this special way,” says Associate Dean of Development and Alumni Relations Mathew Pinson. “Together, we seek to support those who have served the church faithfully and creatively.”
