Do you ever need a moment to just pause, to be, or catch your breath? We have designed this space with you in mind. Join us in learning spiritual disciplines that will help us develop the practices of stillness, presence, and mindfulness. This space will be available from 9:00–4:00 p.m. You can stay for 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or the entire time!
