Candler provides the Employment Opportunities listing for local churches, non-church ecclesial organizations, alumni, students, and friends of the institution. Positions are generally listed for three months or until the job is filled, whichever comes first. Jobs are listed in order of position type: campus employment, internship (paid), internship (unpaid), part time (PT), and full time (FT). Internship opportunities for current students are also available through the Office of Contextual Education and Teaching Parish.
Emory University and the Candler School of Theology make no representations or guarantees about positions listed by the Student Employment Services. Student Employment Services acts only as a referral source and makes no specific recommendations about employers. The school is not responsible for safety, wages, working conditions, or other aspects of off-campus employment. It is the responsibility of the student to research the integrity of the organizations to which they are applying. Students are urged to use caution and common sense when applying for a job with any organization.
If your church or organization is interested in posting a job, please complete this online form to submit the position for approval. Questions? Contact Candler Development and Alumni Relations at firstname.lastname@example.org or 404.727.6352.
