Take some time out of your busy schedule to participate with fellow classmates in one or more of these spiritual practices.  These activities take place starting the week of February 11th.

Monday

Taize Services, 7:30-9:00 PM, Meet in front of Candler School of Theology

The group will be carpooling from Emory to the weekly singing meditation services held throughout the city. Want to know more about Taize?  Check out www.taize.fr.

Tuesday

Earth Meditations, 3:30-4:30 PM, Meet in front of Candler School of Theology

The group will be meditatively walking to a local green space in order to become aware of the natural neighborhood.

Wednesday

Homework as Spiritual Practice, 11:00 AM-12:30 PM, Cannon Chapel 106

Prayer prevents procrastination! Join fellow classmates in a cell-phone-and-Facebook-free space to focus on your studies in community, and to attend to the task at hand as a practice of presence.

Thursday

Creative Rest, 12:00-12:50 PM, 3rd Floor Lobby, CST

Unwind your mind and enjoy a time for restorative and contemplative rest.  Crayons and coloring sheets will be provided.
