Worship Planning
At Candler School of Theology we implement the P.O.W.R. model of worship planning, which is a four-week planning model. P.O.W.R. is an acronym for Planning, Ordering, Worshipping, and Reflecting. During planning, one free thinks on the different aspects of the service. Then during the Ordering, one reviews the ideas from the planning and orders them. Next is the worship service itself, and after the worship service one reflects on the worship experience. Below you can find our three forms for each part of worship planning.
