Candler School of Theology's name comes from Bishop Warren Akin Candler, former president of Emory College and one of the men most instrumental in founding the University. Incidentally, Bishop Warren Akin Candler was the brother of Asa Griggs Candler, the first President of Coca-Cola.
Candler School of Theology does not offer online courses at this time. If you are interested in receiving more information about Candler's on-campus programs in Atlanta, please contact the Admissions portion of our web site.
