Get Involved
We encourage our alumni to get involved with Candler, and we offer some ways to get started:
- Check the events calendar for activities alumni are welcome to participate in.
- Candler hosts annual reunions for those alumni celebrating their 0th, 5th, 10th, 25th, 35th, or 50th year since graduation. The 50th reunion class gathers during Emory’s Commencement Weekend, the second weekend in May. The other reunion classes gather each fall.
- Candler Clubs are an opportunity for our alumni to gather during The United Methodist Annual Conferences of their area.
- Volunteer! Alumni can call prospective students, write thank you notes to donors, host a Candler gathering, be a part of a reunion committee, and much more. If you are interested in volunteering, please email candleralum@emory.edu or call 404.727.6352.
