Prospective Student Dinner & McDonald Lecture: Thursday, September 18, 2014 (5:30 - 8:00 p.m.)
You are invited to join Office of Admissions and Financial Aid staff for a special prospective student dinner prior to this year's McDonald Lecture. Enjoy a meal from Saba - an Emory favorite - hear about the admissions and financial aid process, then enjoy a lecture from Dr. Garry Wills. Learn about Candler in conversation over dinner with Dean Jan Love, Admissions staff, an esteemed member of our faculty and other prospective students at Table Talk. These casual dinners begin with a welcome by Dean Love and feature a faculty speaker.
During the general information session afterwards, you will have the opportunity to meet with current students and ask questions of our Admissions representatives. We'll have activities for children during the informational portion of the evening, so bring the whole family!

Vocational Discernment Day 2014: Saturday, November 1, 2014 (10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.)
Candler School of Theology invites young adults to a day of vocational discernment and discovery. It will be a time of rich exploration as we consider the ways God is calling us to serve in the church and the world. Prospective Students will have the opportunity to hear from Candler faculty, staff, and current students; and will participate in prayer, reflection, and conversation designed to activate the mind and heart regarding vocation.
