Overview

The Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program is a provision of the Post 9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008. Candler School of Theology at Emory University has agreed to participate in the program starting for the 2010-2011 academic year.  Candler will provide a maximum of four $8,550 scholarships to eligible MDiv, MTS, and ThM students.  All scholarships will be awarded based on a first come, first served basis (described below).  These awards will be matched by the Veterans Administration with an additional $8,550 for each qualifying student.  All Yellow Ribbon awards are based on Post 9/11 Veterans eligibility requirements established by the Veterans Administration and are not need-based.  For more details go to the Registrar's Website.
