The recipient must be in his/her senior or middler year and be involved in the Chaplain Candidate (Seminary) Program or serving in the reserves after having completed an active tour of military duty. Preference will be given to senior students who plan to serve with the U.S. Air Force, though students preparing to serve in other branches of the military will be considered.
