Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School is a Catholic learning community that educates young people of limited economic means to become men and women of faith, purpose and service. Through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, integrated with a relevant work study experience, students graduate ready to succeed in college and in life.

Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School is based on a proven model of success and is a member of a network of 28 Cristo Rey schools around the country that empower young students to achieve their full potential. Cristo Rey schools offer a unique curriculum that combines academics, extra­curricular programs and professional work experience to prepare students for success in college and beyond. This model works, with 100 percent of graduates being accepted into college.

Outreach
Outreach consists of student service projects.

Meeting the Five Areas of Ministry

  • Administration: Students have the opportunity to organize and budget community service projects, liturgy and retreats. Students also will be invited to staff meetings.
  • Liturgy (Worship and Preaching): Students will help organize special and daily liturgies and school prayer.
  • Mission and Outreach: Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School is a Catholic learning community that educates young people of limited economic means to become men and women of faith, purpose and service. Through a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, integrated with a relevant work study experience, students graduate ready to succeed in college and in life.
  • Pastoral Calling and Congregational Care: Students will have the opportunity to have pastoral conversations with students.
  • Teaching: Students will be invited to assist with religious education here at the school and, if possible, help plan the upcoming year's curriculum.
