Oasis Int’l Worship Center exists to transform lives and change the world through compelling teaching of the Word, commitment to Spirit-filled worship, and convincing witness of God’s love.


OIWC is a 12 year old ministry with approximately 100 members. The congregation is ethnically diverse.

Unique Opportunities for Service

The site offers exposure to various areas of ministry and is ideal for students who are in the process of vocational discernment. The nondenominational/ independent church setting provides insight for those who are interested in church planting or who plan to serve in a similar setting after graduation.

Meeting the Five Areas of Ministry

Administration: The student will Assist with planning worship bulletin, quarterly Newsletter, etc.

Liturgy (Worship and Preaching): The student will Assist with worship planning, reading scripture, prayers, monthly testimonies, etc. preaching opportunites available

Mission and Outreach: opportunites to assist visiting missionaries and familllies and pastors who are immagrants or newly arriving refugees from all over the world.

Pastoral Calling and Congregational Care: Many opportunities to build authentic relationships of trust with diverse, multi-ethnic individuals and families, communities, churches and organizations.

Teaching: Interfaith dialogues, conversations about immigration and refugee resettlement concerns and changes and the impact of more cities experiencing increases in diverse and multi ethnic residents highlights the need and value of religious education and dialogue.
