Candler students live either on campus, in one of two apartment options, or off campus in various kinds of housing.
President Park Apartments
The President Park Apartments gives first priority to Candler students. Located just off campus on Clairmont Road and situated on one of Emory's free Cliff shuttle system routes, President Park offers one, two, and three-bedroom unfurnished apartments for Candler students and their immediate families (spouse and/or children), other Emory graduate students, faculty and staff. The apartments have central heat and air-conditioning, and are equipped with a full kitchen and full bathrooms. To apply and get more information visit the Emory Housing Website.

Campus Crossings at Briarcliff

Decatur, Georgia 30033Williamsburg Apartments have been an "unofficial" Candler residence for many theology students in the past, often between 30-50 students a year. They are in no way affiliated with Candler/Emory, but they are located close to campus and offer great rental rates.
