Certificate in Women's Studies
Candler students who desire additional work in issues facing women may earn a Certificate in Women's Studies through Emory University's Institute for Women's Studies. To complete the requirements for a certificate, students must take courses in women's issues at Candler and in other schools of the university. Women faculty from Candler School of Theology serve on the core faculty of the Institute for Women's Studies, which supports scholarship on women, gender, and feminist theory.
