The recent Discovery Channel presentation of the documentary The Lost Tomb of Jesus and Ted Koppel's discussion with its producers and other biblical scholars have generated great interest in the effects that ancient artifacts can have on faith. This event will offer a time of dialogue with noted New Testament scholars, Carl R. Holladay and Steven J. Kraftchick.

Pilgrimage to the Holy Land for Pastoral Renewal and Spiritual Formation
For pastors the Holy Land is a place of history that tells the story of who and whose we are as the people of God and how we became the church called to serve the world today. When individuals encounter the Holy Land in the context of a learning and seeking community of faith, the Holy Land can also become for us a land that is holy – or set apart – reminding us that we, too, are called to be set apart for a particular purpose for God.
